Price and availability of the Nubia Z40 Pro
According to the business, the base 8GB + 128GB RAM and storage variant costs CNY 3,399 (approximately Rs. 40,600) in China. Meanwhile, the smartphone will be available in 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB configurations, with price still to be announced by Nubia.
The business also introduced a magnetic charging variant of the Nubia Z40 Pro, as well as an anime-themed Outcast Limited Edition Nubia Z40 Pro model. According to the business, the smartphone will be available for presale in China beginning March 2.
Specifications for the Nubia Z40 Pro
The dual-SIM (Nano) Nubia Z40 Pro is powered by Android 12, with MyOS 12 on top. The phone has a 6.67-inch (1,080x2,400 pixel) full-HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a pixel density of 395ppi. The Nubia Z40 Pro is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
The Nubia Z40 Pro comes with a 64-megapixel primary camera featuring a Sony IMX 787 sensor and optical image stabilisation (OIS). A 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with a 116-degree field of view and an 8-megapixel periscope camera with OIS are also included in the smartphone. The smartphone has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
The Nubia Z40 Pro comes with up to 1TB of internal UFS 3.1 storage. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and NFC are among the connectivity choices. The phone includes an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Nubia Z40 Pro has a 5,000mAh battery and supports 80W rapid charging through USB Type-C.
