The Chinese electronics giant's Lenovo Legion Y700 gaming tablet is expected to hit the market shortly. Lenovo has already teased the smartphone with a video that revealed several of its specs. Hands-on images of the Lenovo Legion Y700 have surfaced online in a new update, revealing some additional device specifications. A Snapdragon 870 SoC might power the tablet. The Lenovo Legion Y700 gaming tablet, according to the leak, would boast a 120Hz refresh rate display. It's rumoured to include 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

On Weibo, Weibo tipster Feiwei (translated) revealed specifications and live photos that claim to indicate the design of the Lenovo Legion Y700. According to the source, the forthcoming tablet would ship with ZUI 13 based on Android 11. According to the leaked live images, the device has a metal frame and a plastic rear cover. A single camera unit, as well as an LED flash module, can be seen in the top left corner of the rear panel. The images also reveal the power and volume buttons on the handset's right spine. A 3.5mm audio jack and a speaker grille are also located on the device's top edge, while a charging port and another speaker grille are located on the device's bottom edge.

While many of the Legion Y700 gaming tablet's characteristics were already known, the current leak says that it may sport a 120Hz refresh rate display that supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision. For gaming, the tablet might have an X-axis linear motor. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC is believed to power it, together with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Lenovo Legion Y700 may also include two speakers.
