The launch of the Realme V25 has been teased by the Chinese manufacturer. The new phone appears to be a follow-up to the Realme V15 5G, which was released earlier this year. The Realme V25 is said to be in the works, and it will have triple rear cameras and a hole-punch display. The phone is also expected to ship with Android 12 pre-installed. In January of last year, Realme launched its V series with the Realme V15 5G. In recent months, the Realme V11 5G and Realme V13 5G have been added to the series.
Realme Chief Marketing Officer Chase Xu teased the Realme V25's launch on Tuesday. "New technology" is touted as a feature of the smartphone. Exact details, however, have yet to be revealed.
Realme V25 appears to be the same phone that appeared on China's TENAA last month with the model number RMX3475, according to a report by Gizmochina.
The Realme phone had triple rear cameras and a gradient back design, according to the TENAA listing. In addition, the phone appears to have a hole-punch display.
Specifications of the Realme V25 (expected)
According to the TENAA listing, the Realme V25 will feature a 6.58-inch full-HD TFT display and a 2.2GHz octa-core SoC, as well as up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 64-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel secondary sensors, was also seen on the phone. The phone appeared to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery.
In addition, the Realme phone is expected to run Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 on top.
However, no official information about the Realme V25 has been released. Given that the Realme V15 5G was released early last year, the phone could be released soon. In February of last year, it was released in India as the Realme X7 5G.
